Jason Lloyd is 41, Lilly is 40, Jacob and Mia are 7

Life in Del Sol Valley, California is different from the old life back in tiny Pine Hollow, North Carolina. Jason and Lilly have twins, Jacob and Mia, who are now 7 years old. They love life in the bustling city across the country. They spend days after school swimming in the family's pool, which overlooks parts of the city and the Pacific Ocean beyond.

When she's not out working or auditioning for acting jobs, Lilly enjoys taking the time to play with her kids. They are growing up fast and although she wants to have a steady flow of acting, Lilly also doesn't want to miss out on moments with her kids.

She still hasn't made a big name for herself even though she has had quite a few jobs since moving across the country.

When she sees people outside the house she hopes they might be there as a group of fans looking for her.

But usually they're just lost and ask her for directions to some other place where they can take pictures of all the special exhibits to show off famous people.

How much longer does it take to become one of those famous people?

Jason tries to encourage her every chance he gets. He's busy working for a big gaming company here in Del Sol Valley, but he takes the time to cherish his family.

"You'll be famous soon," Jason always tells her. "You'll get your starring role and everyone will know your name!"

And to her surprise, one afternoon he's right. Lilly gets a call from her agent, telling her that she's been chosen to star in an upcoming movie. It's just a movie that goes straight to Hulu instead of in theaters, but at least it is a step closer to her dreams.

Makeovers for the roles are always one of the parts that she loves best.

The big setup fills her stomach with butterflies, but she wouldn't have these days any other way.

She's starring as the wife in some heartbreaking, hopeful movie like you'd see on the Hallmark Channel.

Kissing men she barely knows is just part of those roles that Jason had to get used to her doing early in her career. It's not that she really wants to do it, but if it's part of the job she's up for it.

These days acting out the scenes are exhausting, but she wouldn't have it any other way.

I thought that having Jason and Lilly living across the country in the busy city of Del Sol Valley made sense for them. Jason works on video games for a living and Lilly is an actress, so it suits them to live in this city focused on careers in those branches. Jason's aspiration is computer whiz and Lilly's is world-famous celebrity. Lilly had gotten pregnant right before their wedding in August 2020 and their twins were born in March 2021, who you never met on the old blog.
